Replacement operation

1. Preparation: Make sure the excavator is in a stopped state and stabilize it on a flat surface. Turn off the power to the excavator and make sure the hydraulic system is released.

2. Determine the loion of the sealing ring: Determine the parts that need to be removed based on the type and loion of the sealing ring that needs to be replaced. Other parts or accessories may need to be removed to gain better access.

3. Remove the old sealing ring: Use appropriate tools (such as wrenches, screwdrivers, etc.) to carefully remove the old sealing ring. Be sure not to damage surrounding components or sealing surfaces.

4. Cleaning work: Before installing a new sealing ring, thoroughly clean the sealing ring seat and surrounding surfaces. Wipe with detergent and a clean cloth to make sure there is no dirt, grease, or other impurities.

5. Install the new seal: Place the new seal in the correct loion, making sure it fits completely and is not twisted or damaged. You may need to use light pressure or a tool to install the seal, as needed.

6. Reassembly: After installing the new sealing ring, reinstall all disassembled parts and accessories. Make sure all bolts, nuts and connections are properly tightened and torqued according to the manufacturer's specifiions.

7. Testing and Inspection: Restart the excavator and perform tests to ensure the new seal is working properly. Check for any leaks or other abnormalities. If there are any problems, please fix them in time.
